This card was released as a promotional card. In Japan, it was released by MediaFactory from January 1st to June 1999 and sent to members of the Pokémon Fan Club who had already earned 100 "GET Points". Those who were sent the card were awarded 10 GET Points that counted towards the coveted {{TCG ID|Wizards Promo|Eevee|11}} and {{TCG ID|Fan Club|Porygon|promo}} prize cards. The card was reprinted with artwork taken from the "Sea" scene of the {{TCG|Southern Islands}} collection by [[Naoyo Kimura]] in July 1999. It was later reprinted again on e-card stock with new artwork by [[Hiromi Ito]]. This version was sent out from January 1st 2001 to those who had already earned 200 GET Points or more. The card was never released in English.
