Legitimately you can have a Lickilicky with Power Whip at level 47, though. All you have to do is breed two Pokémon that have Power Whip, the mother being a Lickitung or Lickilicky, and the resulting baby will have the move, provided it can learn the move by level-up (it can). It is due to this that all Pokémon that evolve knowing a move can be obtained at level 1 (except Piloswine). TTEchidna 22:09, 18 April 2009 (UTC)

Tentical/vine argument

there's no real difference between a tentacle and a vine when it comes to Pokémon when a Tentacool wants to poke something it uses it's tentacle when a Bulbasaur wants to poke something it uses it's vine. a vine is a part of a plant and a tentacle is a part of an animal but where's the difference in a world where some of the creatures are mostly plant? which is why I've removed the trivia on it. —Mada-sama (Talk to me!)— 23:47, 7 February 2011 (UTC)
