A Tournament Organizer or TO is someone who runs Pokémon Trading Card Game tournaments and is part of the Play! Pokémon. Usually, they run them on a weekly or monthly basis at a local store. However, a Premier Tournament Organizer or PTO has the ability to run major tournaments and Prereleases at particular places and times. Like Pokémon Professors, TOs and PTOs have to be 18 or older.
