I don't believe Aurora Veil has a unique interaction distinct from the other effects that don't get affected on the user's side to require it to be separated. I would replace the section with just "It still only clears away Aurora Veil, Light Screen, Reflect, Safeguard, and Mist from the target's side of the field." Generations VI and VII description has a small amount of strange wording

It still only clears away Light Screen, Reflect, Safeguard, and Mist from the target's side of the field." when the mention of Aurora Veil could be merged into the second sentence.
