Dotted Hole is a place only accessible on Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen. It is located in Ruin Valley on Six Island and is the place where you get the Sapphire, which when given to Celio enables you to trade Pokémon with Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald. To get inside you must use cut on the metal door with six dots on it.
