- This article is about the character of the day in BW012. For the coordinator from Sinnoh also named Yuri in the Japanese version, see Lila.
(Japanese: ユリ Yuri) is a one-time character who appeared in BW012. She is voiced by 折笠富美子 Fumiko Orikasa in Japanese.
Yuri is a kindergarten teacher who runs a Day Care, alongside her grandmother Kikuyo, close to Shippou City. One day the children in her kindergarten class befriended a Yabukuron however, she didn't allow them to keep due to her fear that it would live up to its reputation and eat the children's toys. As a result, her students rebelled against her and kept Yabukuron in their self-made secret base, not allowing anyone to approach it.
Even after Yabukuron saved the kids from a Meguroco that attacked them, she still wished to get rid of it until the secret base started to collapse (caused by her Shikijika) she tried to save Hiroka, but Yabukuron saved the children. As a result, her attitude towards it softened, and she allowed Yabukuron to stay.

Shikijika is Yuri's only known Pokémon. She intended to use it to scare off the Yabukuron that her students had befriended. However, Ash knew that Yabukuron meant no harm and intended to protect it. As a result, he battled Shikijika with Pikachu briefly. The battle ended when both Pokémon nearly made the secret base collapse.
Shikijika's only known move is Tackle.
