Steadfast (Japanese: ふくつのこころ Indomitable Heart) is an Ability introduced in Generation IV. Nine Pokémon have this Ability, all but one of which are at least part Fighting-type.
Effect
In battle
Steadfast increases the user's Speed stat by one stage when flinched.
Outside of battle
Steadfast has no effect outside of battle.
Pokémon Mystery Dungeon
Steadfast will raise the Pokémon's Movement Speed when it is cross-eyed or cringing.
