Mystic Lake (Japanese: しんぴのみずうみ Mysterious Lake) is a Friend Area in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team. It is available for 2,500 Poké from Wigglytuff in Pokémon Square. It is in the Northern Lakes area, and has the capacity of four Pokémon.

- With the exception of those that consist of legendaries, Mystic Lake is the only Friend Area to consist completely of Generation I Pokémon.
- It is also one of four Friend Areas (the other being Waterfall Lake, Boulder Cave and Legendary Island) to consist of more than one size-four Pokémon.
