Kenny (Japanese: ケンゴ Kengo) is a Pokémon coordinator who was friends with Dawn when they were young children. The two are rivals. His Japanese voice actress is 三田ゆう子 Yūko Mita and his English voice actress is Jamie Peacock.

For unrevealed reasons, he sometimes calls Dawn Dee Dee (Japanese: ピカリ Pikari).
