Why in the world does it have a Chinese title if it has only aired in Japan and Brazil (disputably)? If their reason was SARS, why would they air where the epidemic was? --[[User:Abcboy|Abcboy]] ([[User talk:Abcboy|talk]]) 14:20, 5 November 2012 (UTC)

Unaired?

Are You joking me? This episode Jynx was different than the original this should be aired when Cartoon Network airs the series I hate all the controversy over this Humanshape Pokémon Livinlarge18 00:50, 13 April 2008 (UTC)

Trust me, it wasn't Jynx. Jynx was never the problem, it was the SARS epidemic. Nobody ever got around to airing the episode outside Japan after the epidemic ended, that's all. --Shiningpikablu252 00:57, 13 April 2008 (UTC)
That SARS excuse is bull. The reason because that Mary Whatever-her-name-is felt she was a racist-stereotype. I mean why else did they ban Jynx from the few cameos she had until they re-colored her purple. --ケンジガール 07:18, 13 April 2008 (UTC)
SARS? What's that I hope that this si dubbed and will be on a DVD I mean I want to see this episode I've only seen Sick Daze(which is the first episode Brock gets a fever Livinlarge18 17:27, 13 April 2008 (UTC)
SARS was an epidemic that hit China, in which many people became sick, around the time this episode was to be dubbed. For years 4kids used this as an excuse to why they did not air this episode in America because they felt that it wasn't the appropriate time due to the episode focusing around Brock catching a cold. A couple years ago, it was revealed that it was banned because the episode focused on Jynx who some people felt was a racist stereo-type against African Americans.
Face it, this episode will NEVER be aired outside of Japan because it features the Jynx with the black skin. If you want to see it so badly I'm sure you can download a subbed version from the internet. --ケンジガール 20:01, 13 April 2008 (UTC)

Someone needs to fix this...

"As they check Brock's temperature he becomes feverish because of Nurse Joy" What? the grammer here is so horrable I can't figure out what it's trying to say!Dolphins_are_awesome (and Vulpix are too)! 20:51, 22 April 2009 (UTC)

Maybe they were trying to say that he blushed, which caused his temperature to rise? I'm not sure; it's just a guess. --Zoidwhiteshadow 18:18, 20 September 2009 (UTC)

Brazil

Supposedly, this aired in Brazil. Anyone know the title? --Abcboy (talk) 03:53, 23 October 2012 (UTC)

The only source I've seen for that fact looks less than 100% reputable to me, but even if it is true, the source gives no translated title, unfortunately. (The only other place I've seen it even claimed was Wikipedia, where I did a little archive trawling and found that the claim there was sourceless and originally made 3 years back by a really disreputable-looking editor, so I went ahead with WP:BEBOLD and removed it over there. Should we go ahead and do that here, too?) Pumpkinking0192 (talk) 05:41, 23 October 2012 (UTC)
