Mystic Lake (Japanese: しんぴのみずうみ Mysterious Lake) is a Friend Area in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team. It is available for 2,500 Poké from Wigglytuff in Pokémon Square. It is in the Northern Lakes area, and has the capacity of four Pokémon.

Landscape

Geography

It is a lake surrounded by strange, glowing weeds, with more of them in shadow in the distance. As said in the in-game data, it is located north of Pokémon Square.

A mystical lake north of Pokémon Square. Rare Pokémon -- even one called a mirage -- are said to live here.

• With the exception of those that consist of legends, Mystic Lake is the only Friend Area to consist completely of Generation I Pokémon.
• It is also one of four Friend Areas (the other being Waterfall Lake, Boulder Cave, and Legendary Island) to consist of more than one size-four Pokémon.
