Harley's Banette (Japanese: ハーリーのジュペッタ Harley's Juppeta) is a Pokémon obtained by Harley shortly before the Battle Frontier. Its Japanese voice actresses are 大谷育江 Ikue Ohtani and 西村ちなみ Chinami Nishimura (during Ohtani's leave) and in English it is voiced by Darren Dunstan and Billy Beach.
Harley used Banette during the Hoenn Grand Festival against May. Along with his Cacturne, he battled against her, but he lost once again.
