Major events
- Red arrives at the Indigo Plateau and defeats the Elite Four.
- Red finds out that Blue has already become the Champion.
- Red defeats Blue, thus becoming the new Pokémon League Champion.
- Red manages to collect all the 149 known Pokémon species, including the legendary birds.
- Red learns about Mewtwo, the 150th Pokémon.
- Red enters the Cerulean Cave in order to capture Mewtwo.
- The stones given to Red by Mr. Fuji are revealed to be Mega Stones from Kalos.
- Red's Charizard Mega Evolves into Mega Charizard X.
- Red successfully captures Mewtwo.
- Red sets off to find and capture Mew in order to complete the Pokédex.
