Jack is a recurring character who has appeared in the anime. To date, he has appeared in eight episodes; The Champ Twins!, All Dressed up With Somewhere to Go!, A Secret Sphere of Influence, Top-Down Training, Mass Hip-Po-Sis!, Our Cup Runneth Over!, Pursuing a Lofty Goal!, and Beating the Bustle and Hustle!.
He often drops the boom onto Rhonda's head, which has become a running gag within the series. The reason behind him doing that was not explained, however, it appears he always does so on accident. In Beating the Bustle and Hustle!, he dropped it on Jessie's head and was threatened by Rhonda to become unemployed.
Jack's name may come from the TRS connector, also known as the jack.
