Corey Demario (Japanese: ツヨシ Tsuyoshi) is a character of the day in Those Darn Electabuzz!.
Corey was the star pitcher for the Electabuzz baseball team. He is Casey's idol, being the star of her favorite team. His brother, Benny, had been looking after Corey's Charizard for him, because Corey was having trouble training it.
Casey decided to help Corey train the Pokémon. Eventually, she discovered that neither of them were confident in themselves, which caused their skills to lack. Realizing this, Charizard soon improved, and Corey's confidence rose as well, enabling his skills on the field to improve.

Trivia
- His Charizard's nickname is intended to be a play on its Japanese name, "Lizardon".
- The name Demario may come from Hall of Famer Joe DiMaggio of the New York Yankees. However, DiMaggio is an outfielder, not a pitcher.
