Revert deprecation
Firefox now supports Ruby text, meaning that all major browsers can render it. There is no reason to deprecate this template anymore as it is a better implementation of furigana than the tooltip template, which has its own set of issues even if we exclude its usage as a workaround for displaying furigana.
