Wimp Out (Japanese: にげごし Back Off) is an Ability introduced in Generation VII. It is the signature Ability of Wimpod.
Effect
In battle
When a Pokémon with Wimp Out drops below half of its full HP in battle, it will flee in wild battles, or switch out in Trainer battles.
It will not activate on the player's Pokémon during trials.
Outside of battle
It is unknown if Wimp Out has effect outside of battle.
