Ball gift from Mom
In Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, the first time you heal with Mom, she will give you an item. I (Ultra Sun) and Lady Ariel (Ultra Moon) got a Poké Ball, whereas Coffee (Ultra Moon) and abcboy (Ultra Sun) got a Great Ball.
