Hunger Switch (Japanese: はらぺこスイッチ Hunger Switch) is an Ability introduced in Generation VIII. It is the signature Ability of Morpeko.

Effect

In battle

A Morpeko with Hunger Switch will change between its Full Belly Mode and Hangry Mode every turn. This causes the move Aura Wheel, if Morpeko knows it, to change types between Electric-type and Dark-type. If Morpeko's ability is changed, such as with Simple Beam, it will remain in whatever form it was when hit with the move.
