Yukari is a friend of Bebe and is the host of Pokémon Farm. Her appearance seems to be slightly influenced by Miis. Her glasses are the same ones used in the Mii Channel, and her hair was probably based on the Mii's hair rather than the other way around; her features might have even been slightly edited after her Mii was made.
