Senbongi was born on November 24, 1995, in Saitama Prefecture, Japan, and became a voice actress as an adult. She joined the Pokémon anime during Pokémon Journeys: The Series, where she gained several roles, with her most notable roles being Chrysa and Goh's Sobble. Senbongi is currently affiliated with I'm Enterprise. On December 29, 2019, her agency announced in a statement that she and the fellow voice actor Tasuku Hatanaka had married.
