Kamiya (Japanese: カミヤ Kamiya) is a member of Team Great Rocket and the Fort Leader of GR Fighting Fort from Pokémon Card GB2: Here Comes Team GR!.
In all duels against him, the Earth Power (Japanese: だいちのちから) rule is active, thus every Pokémon's Resistance to is omitted.
When defeated, he gives out one of both Team Rocket's Ambition and We Are Team Rocket booster packs and the GR Fighting Coin, also known as the Machamp Coin, which grants the player the access to the northeast parts of the GR Island. The first time Mark or Mint meet Kamiya, he will demand that they first challenge his two pupils, Grace and Gōda, hidden in the maze of the Fighting Fort. Until this task is completed, he will refuse to challenge Mark or Mint.
