Kana Ueda (Japanese: 植田佳奈 Ueda Kana) is a Japanese voice actress for the Pokémon anime.
Biography
Ueda was born on June 9, 1980, in Ikoma, Nara, Japan, and raised in Osaka Prefecture. As an adult, she attended Kobe College and graduated from its General Culture department. She later became a voice actress and eventually became well-known for a number of roles in anime series. Ueda voiced a character of the day, Luna, during Pokémon the Series: Ruby and Sapphire of the Pokémon anime. She then voiced her best-known role in that anime, Mistralton City Gym Leader Skyla. Ueda is affiliated with the voice talent management firm I'm Enterprise.
