Cleffa (Japanese: ピィ Py) is a Colorless-type Baby Pokémon card. It was released as a promotional card.
Card text
If this Baby Pokémon is your Active Pokémon and your opponent tries to attack, your opponent flips a coin (before doing anything else required in order to use that attack). If tails, your opponent's turn ends without an attack.

Release information
This card was released as a promotional card. In Japan, it was given out in CoroCoro Magazine in Feburary 2000. The English version of the card was released through Pokémon card leagues in February 2001.
