Located east of Mossui Town, Kitakami Hall (Japanese: キタカミセンター Kitakami Center) is where locals hold the traditional Festival of Masks (Japanese: オモテ祭り Mask festival). Various food stalls are set up during this festival.[1] The Mossened Boulder can also be found here, a fragment of the Fallen Horn, one of the Six Wonders of Kitakami.
