Sinister Woods (Japanese: 怪しい森 Dubious Forest) is the fourth mystery dungeon in dungeon in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX. It contains 13 floors.
After completing Mt. Steel, upon completing at least 5 random missions, the player will receive a mission to this dungeon to rescue a Metapod, which culminates in a boss fight against Team Meanies.

Floors 5-7, 11 and 12 in the dungeon are shrouded in darkness, with only two tiles of sight in hallways. There is no chance of finding a Monster House, a shop, or a buried item in this dungeon.
Generation VIII
Unlike the original games, in the remake, Kecleon shops may be found in the dungeon.
