This card was included as a Regular card and a Secret card featuring the Shiny version of Varoom in the Paldean Fates expansion, first released in the Japanese Shiny Treasure ex subset. The Regular print features artwork by Tetsu Kayama, while the Secret print features artwork by Masakazu Fukuda.
