Release information
This card was included in the Fossil expansion as both a Holofoil and Non Holofoil card, first released in the Japanese Mystery of the Fossils expansion as a Holofoil card.
Trivia
- This card was the first Pokémon card with no attacks of its own.
- This card was not included in Pokémon Trading Card Game or Pokémon Trading Card Game 2: The Invasion of Team GR! due to its potentially difficult to program Pokémon Power. It shares this trait with Electrode.
- This is the only card that mentions "Hit Points" instead of the abbreviation "HP" in its English text.
Origin
Transform is a move in the Pokémon games that Ditto can learn. This card's English Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Red and Blue, whereas the Japanese entry comes from Pokémon Red and Green.
