What source is there to the existance of this Pokémon? User142 (Talk) 13:43, 20 July 2006 (UTC)
- The commercials for the game being aired in Japan. It's real, trust me. --Pie 14:57, 20 July 2006 (UTC)
And further more, where's the source that confirmed that name?--Pokencyclopedia 14:56, 5 August 2006 (UTC)
- Thanks, although I found that out later yesterday.--Pokencyclopedia 23:36, 6 August 2006 (UTC)

Have any of you noticed that the piece of Ken Sugimori artwork that's on this site of Erekiburu has its toes arranged differently than the sprite?--Pokencyclopedia 10:51, 11 August 2006 (UTC)
Will Jynx and Magmar have evolutionary forms as well? --Kanga 22:15, 13 August 2006 (UTC)
Isn't it pretty safe to say that his name is Elekiburu, or something of that nature, seeing as every single time the Hepburn translation translates L they get R? Also, why on earth would an electric-type with the first two members starting with 'ele' not also start with 'ele'? --123456789 PS: It would be awesome if he learned 'discharge' or whatever that squirrel thing knows that hurts both pokemon; enemy would take damage, and electric engine ups speed.
This might be interesting: Electivire has a plug socket on it's back. Elekid has plug prongs on it's head. Trivia? --Stinkoman
