Butch and Cassidy are back and they have another sinister plan in mind. Using a Drowzee, they have brainwashed all the Pokémon on Mandarin Island into turning against their trainers. Ash's Pikachu, Misty's Togepi, and even Jessie's and James' Pokémon are brainwashed as well, so Ash, Misty and Tracey must work together with Jessie and James to defeat Butch and Cassidy and get their Pokémon back.
