Edna is an anime-exclusive character, a breeder who appeared in Time-Warp Heals All Wounds. Her Japanese voice actress is Yuko Sato.

Years back, in the original timeline, her husband went on a train and never came back. However, on that same day, Edna found out she was pregnant, and lost her locket rushng to get to the train and tell him. Ever since, she has been waiting at the train station for his return.

In the original timeline's present day, May's Squirtle finds Edna's locket. May opens it, and is sent back in time with Meowth.
