Release Information

This card was released as a promotional card. In Japan, it came with the June 1999 issue of CoroCoro comic. The English version of the card was available through the Pokémon League in January 2001.

Origin

Mini-Metronome is similar to Metronome, a move in the Pokémon games that Togepi can learn.
