Time Shard (Japanese: ときのかけら Fragment of Time) is a Pokémon Tool. It is part of the Aquapolis set (e-Card 3 in Japan).
Card text
Attach Time Shard to 1 of your Pokémon that doesn't have a Pokémon Tool attached to it. If that Pokémon is Knocked Out, discard this card.
