Will is a member of the Elite Four in the Generation II games. He is the 1st of the five trainers one must battle after defeating all eight Gym Leaders of Johto.
His Pokemon are: Xatu - Lv. 40
Exeggutor - Lv. 41
Slowbro - Lv. 41
Jynx - Lv. 41
Xatu - Lv. 42
