Blissey (Japanese: ハピナス Happinas) is a Pokémon that appeared, belonging to Nurse Joy in Ignorance is Blissey. Her English voice actress as both Chansey and Blissey is Rachael Lillis.
Ash and his friends had met up with Blissey in the Pokémon Center. Seeing that they were hungry, it prepared food for them but due to its over enthusiasm, it spilled the food on them. The more it tried to help, the more problems it caused.
