Mask of Ice (Japanese: マスク・オブ・アイス), usually referred to as the "Masked Man" (Japanese: 仮面の男), is the main antagonist of the Generation II saga of the Pokémon Special manga.

The Mask of Ice, gains the control of the Legendary Pokémon, Ho-Oh and Lugia.

Later on, he had captured Celebi in Ilex Forest using the GS Ball using it to go back in time until Gold had followed him, thus later on revealing his real identity.
