The Galactic Eterna Building (Japanese: ギンガハクタイビル Galactic Hakutai Building) is a building in Eterna City where Team Galactic perform operations. When Team Galactic steal Pokémon from trainers in Eterna City, the player enters and defeats some Galactic Grunts and Scientists, plus the commander Jupiter. The HM move Cut is needed to access the Galactic Eterna Building.
In Pokémon Platinum, this is where Rotom can switch between its different forms. With the help of the Secret Key, a room opens up which contains five appliances that change Rotom's current form into the form of the player's choice. Professor Rowan will come in and say something when Rotom is transformed for the first time.
The Galactic Eterna Building has four stories. Each story contains members of Team Galactic.
