He was abducted by [[Team Rocket]], in an effort to control the Radio Tower and try to contact their former leader, [[Giovanni]]. At the end, he is rescued by the main character, and gives it the [[Card Key]] in order to ascend to the fifth floor studio and defeat the [[Generation II]] leader of Team Rocket, effectively disbanding the organization. The Radio Director is the head of the Radio Tower in Goldenrod City. He was abducted by Team Rocket in an effort to control the Radio Tower and try to contact their former leader, Giovanni. At the end, he is rescued by the player, and gives the Card Key in order to ascend to the fifth floor studio and defeat the Generation II leader of Team Rocket, effectively disbanding the organization. To show his gratitude after been rescued, the station manager will give the main character a Rainbow Wing in Pokémon Gold, a Silver Wing in Pokémon Silver, or a Clear Bell in Pokémon Crystal.
