James's parents are two wealthy aristocrats. James's mother Japanese voice actress 兵藤まこ Mako Hyōdō and her English voice actress is Megan Hollingshead. James's father Japanese voice actor is 梁田清之 Kiyoyuki Yanada and his English voice actor is Maddie Blaustein.
In Holy Matrimony!, they pretend to be dead as a trap to lure James back home. This has been their only appearance so far, although they are frequently mentioned and James sometimes visits one of his parents' vacation mansions. They want James to marry Jessiebelle.
Strangely, James's mother resembles Jessie. James seems to get his blueish hair from his father, but unlike him, he has no mustache.
