Throughout their occupation of the Pokémon Trading Card Game, MediaFactory have produced hundreds of exclusive cards for promotional events such as tournaments, special events or through Pokémon-related merchandise.

Promotional cards are typically rarer than cards found in Expansion sets and some Promotional cards are rarer than others, depending on what promotion they were released through. As with the first Japanese Expansion sets, the first several waves of Promotional cards were unnumbered and as most were unique cards, were difficult to keep track of.

In the card lists categorised here, each of the cards are designated "--", as they all have "Promotional rarity". In the cases of holographic or reverse-holographic cards, they are indicated in brackets.
