What Gives?
I had a Meowth that used Fake Out on Dustox in Pearl, but Dustox didn't flinch. Why do you think that this happened? - unsigned comment from Nidolord500 (talk • contribs)

Dustox's ability prevents any added effects from attack moves. Flinching is an added affect, so Dustox's ability negated it. - unsigned comment from Editor Sam (talk • contribs)

Umm when you verse Maylene in the Battleground her Hitmontop always uses fake out. Yet, according to this page Hitmontop can't learn it as he mentioned at all. What gives? @_@
