A hybrid Glitch Pokémon is a Glitch Pokémon that shares its Pokédex number, starting moves, types, and stats with another non-glitched Pokémon, but learns very different level-up moves and has very different evolutions. Some hybrids share their sprite with that of the Pokémon they are "based" on, while others simply have the usual sort of glitch-block sprite. They are found in Pokémon Red, Blue, and Yellow as well as in Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum. The term "hybrid" was coined by Glitch City Laboratories.
