A Battle Girl (Japanese: バトルガール Battle Girl) is a type of Pokémon Trainer that first debuted in the Generation III games. They are generally depicted as young women, dressed in belly baring crop trops, and striking a fighting pose.

They tend to specialize in Template:Type2 Pokémon.

In Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen, a nearly identical sort of trainer called Crush Girl (Japanese: かくとうむすめ Fighting Girl) appeared.
