Needed?
Is this article really needed? There's another person like this who gives out a Shuckle, and he doesn't have a page.--Mr.lol 01:37, 21 February 2009 (UTC)
- Well this article a lot more detailed, and Randy is more than just a guy who gives out a Spearow. He also gives the player a HP UP and as a result of delivering the mail received from Randy, the player can get TM 50. --Theryguy512 01:40, 21 February 2009 (UTC)

Does anyone know what happens if you evolve his spearow before delivering it? I'm just really curious and it seems amusing what should happen.
