The Bard is a man with glasses and blue hair who appears occasionally inside the Mauville City Pokémon Center. He will sing a song to the player and ask them to change part of the lyrics of that song. He only appears in Pokémon Emerald, and in Ruby and Sapphire he is replaced by The Storyteller.
