This is the only card whose first release came after Legends Awakened to have a DPBP number, DPBP#531.

Origin

This card is based on Shaymin's Land Forme, one of the two different forms that it can take on in the Pokémon games. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Diamond.
