Serene Grace (Japanese: てんのめぐみ Heavenly Blessing) is an ability introduced in Generation III. Nine Pokémon have this ability. All non-legendary Pokémon with this ability are part Template:Type2.
Effect
In battle
Serene Grace will double the chance of a move having an additional effect. For example, Psychic will have a 20% chance of lowering the target's Special Defense stat instead of its usual 10% chance, and Rock Smash will always lower an opponent's Defense by 1 level, as opposed to having a 50% chance of doing so.
Outside of battle
Serene Grace has no effect outside of battle.

Trivia
- All Pokémon that get Serene Grace as an ability are either Template:Type2s or legendary Pokémon.
- Of all the Pokémon that can have Serene Grace as one of their two abilities, only Dunsparce cannot have Hustle or Natural Cure as its other ability, instead having Run Away.
- No Generation III Pokémon can have Serene Grace as one of its two abilities.
