File:Mach bike.jpg The Mach Bike is one of two bicycles available in Hoenn. It travels faster than the Acro Bike, but can not perform hops. It is the fastest means of travel in any of the games. Using this speed, one can travel up muddy slopes, as well as ride over cracks in the ground once without falling through.
On Seaside Cycling Road, a player's time and number of collisions from the northern entrance to the southern exit is timed and recorded. This is part of the data sent over to other players when records are swapped.
