Dare I ask?

Why is Darkrai on the list of Pokémon in this and the next episode? Even if it is hidden, what the hell? I believe Heatran was confirmed to be the legendary in the league. As far as I can see, didn't Paul's Electivire learn Giga Impact, as a result of its evolution into its final form? Isn't this noteworthy? Sorry I am a long time fan of Bulbapedia, brand new to editing.
