Facts

The pieces of information that you inserted on Larvitar and Pocheyana's pages were incorrect. I am assuming this was accidental, so please check before inserting information into pages. Also, Seviper clearly cannot learn Dragon Claw as it has no claws. --SnorlaxMonster 07:55, 21 July 2010 (UTC)

Yes they can. My slowbro knows water pulse and avalanche. and was the father of my larvitar.

My sceptile was the father of my seviper and seviper learned dragon claw as an egg move because sceptile learned it from a tm. it was then passed on to poochyena when i tried to get one that knew poison fang. if you dont believe me then try it.
